   ok i did the tutorial for zone alarm it fixed most programes but when i whant to update ewido anti spyware it says "Failed to connect to proxy local host"

   Are you sure that you also changed Ewido from ZoneAlarms settings to allowed to connect the internet?
   
   You can also update Ewido in a manual way -> http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/
