Hi, I think u can use dvd shrink to load disc data to hdd and the use dvdflick to combine the 2 separate disc files to 1 larger file and then use imgburn to burn to a dl disc (make sure combined file size no larger than 8.5Gb)

    1) dvd shrink can be found here at Ad
    2) dvd flick can be found here at AD
    3) imgburn can be found at www.imgburn.com
    4) all the above is freeware
    5) guides on usage can be found here at AD under guides

Good, luck and welcome to AD

Use nerovision to make a movie. you can add chapters and your own backgrounds to the scene selections. then if you need to shrink it down to fit a DL disc use nero recode. it works great and is relatively easy to use.
