I am going nuts trying to figure this out. I tried downloading the older version of nero to use with my dvdshrink and for some reason it will not let me hit the next button after I enter my serial #. Now I did just buy nero 7 ultra and maybe that has something to do with it. IDK. Anyway to my problem: I have started using nero recode and I used shrink to get all of the files of BEERFEST. I then used recode and tried to just add the files and after a few minutes of starting to burn it gives me an error. Here is my log and thanx in advance: ********** Nero Recode ********** Version: 2.4.5.0 Cory Garcia 1c82-8098-09e5-0004-403k-29ex-7a1x Project type: Copy entire DVD Compilation name: temp Target size: DVD5 (2282925) 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 56 Command table patching started... 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 103 VTS 2 - VTSM_PGCI_UT - LU 1 - PGC 5 patched! 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 103 VTS 2 - VTSM_PGCI_UT - LU 1 - PGC 6 patched! 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 103 VTS 2 - VTS_PGCITI - PGC 1 patched! 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 103 VTS 2 - VTS_PGCITI - PGC 2 patched! 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 103 VTS 2 - VTS_PGCITI - PGC 3 patched! 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 103 VTS 4 - VTS_PGCITI - PGC 2 patched! 16:43:25 File LangStreamPatcher.cpp, Line 135 All tables successfully patched! A later version of firmware is available from here http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2113 These are horrible discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in Japan) You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
@lwilli, Your question has NOTHING to do with this thread, suggest you start one of your own and DONT HIJACK others threads.
Thanx for the help. I will try it and let you know the outcome. I usually use the sony discs too. But these were on sale and I said what the hell. Thanx again. -Cory
