This worked (I removed the sim) but I got Code Error with a tick in a checkbox at the end. So unfortunately it's not unlocked at this stage.
Just a heads up I think the network is Vodafone or Airtel in Tenerife, Spain. I don't know if that makes a difference.The Type number is RH-64. Might be Airtel Just an update, the sim card says Telefonica - it's a relatives phone so I don't know the exact network.
Sorry to hear that. My instructions are clear. "Try this ONCE and ONCE only." Telefonica is Movistar. The PUC you will have to get from your Service Provider. The phone must have a Security Code on it. JG
