    usa
    cingular

    fwiw. of course it was because of my error but, i have seen the error message 2 times so i do not have much more room for error

    Hi, Can someone please help me?
    I have an AT&T 3120b and I want to change my phone number. Cingular says it is restricted to AT&T and their sim won't work. Will unlocking it make the Cingular sim compatible?
