Please Help - Nero Error: Illegal Disk and Could not perform end of Disc-at-once

    I still think you shoud try another brand then. Verbatim or Sony or Taiyo Yuden.

    I'm having the exact same issue. I had some HP (Philip's) media that worked fine until a few weeks ago. Now I can't get any of the 10 disks I have to work. Just seems odd.

    Here's an interesting update.

    I have 10 DVD-RW disks I normally use for backing up. I use Genie Backup. I've been having issues lately backing up which brought me to this Site. I've having the exact same issues as mentioned above.

    Interestingly enough, I just upgraded to Genie Backup v7 and the DVD-RW disks I've been having an issue with for the past 20 days now work in Genie. I still can't erase them in Nero though but at least I can now backup again. Seems weird to me that one program would work with a particular disk and yet another won't - all on the same PC.

    Maybe this info will help?
