Please help, Possible virus

hi,

i have a file which in the windows directory whihc i dont know what it is. the file is ikjkvpgw.exe. i think that its a virus or trojan of some sort but i ran McAfee virus scan and Spysweeper and both did not pick it up. also my McAfee firewall keeps telling me that the file would like to access the internet and when i say block access it just keeps coming up saying it wants to access the internet. i have tried to delete the file but it says i can not delete it as its being used by another person or program.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
