Thank you for the response and the code. However, it did not work with sim card out and sim card in. After I type in last # it says "phone restriction on" both ways.

I know the phone is not already unlocked because I purchased it from T-Mobile.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

Thank you, again, for your help.

Do the first five digits of these codes matter? I downloaded a DC4 calculator that gave me 7 codes. All but the first five digits of the codes I got from the calculator match yours exactly. I know I have tried at least five times now with sim card and without, but it still says the same thing as first time I tried. "Stop. Phone restrictions on." Could I be hardlocked?

YOU ONLY GET 3 TO 5 CHANCES TO ENTER THE CORRECT CODE

This also applies to 6101's and 6102's that show (phone restrictions on)

This means that your phone is hardlocked to the original provider and it will only work with the original provider.

I read something on another site that said something about entering the code then replacing the sim with new/different sim you are going to use and then enter code again. I haven't got much to lose at this point.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!!
