please help with this error i get THANKS!

I have never seen this before. Everything used to work just fine. Using dvd shrink with Nero. The only thing I could see giving it a problem would possibly be windows sp2 or something like that, maybe a virus. This is the error I get from Nero. I have the actual "real" disc and have all the new updates.
