Please need help sharing internet (lan)

    Here is my nic confg:
    ip : 10.3.7.1
    SM: 255.255.248.0
    DG: 10.3.0.1

    DNS: 200.42.213.11
    DNS2: 200.42.213.21

    in my other computer i have:
    ip : 10.3.7.2
    SM: 255.255.248.0
    DG: 10.3.0.1

    DNS: 200.42.213.11
    200.42.213.21

    I can share files but i can't share internet my second computer, can anyone help me?

    there is not firewall, it's unchecked.

    Can your other computer ping the default gateway?
