Please someone help with my Xbox Dash???

    Hi guys,

    Just turning on my Xbox today and this is what it look like:
    MS Dashboard
    Reboot
    Power Off
    Settings
    Backup
    It was not like that before....now when i try to play Xbox game the screen flicks so badly and i can's even load the game anymore¿

    Someone help pls :(
