please tell me why it burns files instead of movies

after i shrink to successful sizewith dvdshrink i use veritas record now to backup.
new backup is just a file not a movie. please tell me what im doing wrong.

you are putting the files (vobs,ifos,bups)
into a VIDEO_TS folder arent you before you burn ?

when dvdshrink has finished put all the files in a folder called VIDEO_TS plus make an empty folder called AUDIO_TS.

burn both folders to your disc and play.
