Problem Plex & Box Cloud Sync Error: does not support direct links

    Hi ADer's

    I am stuck on an issue I am trying to link my Plex media server account to one of their supported Cloud providers called Box.

    When I try to connect I get the below error

    I want to know if anyone here knows how to get past this issue I have searched the box and plex forums and found these threads but no real fixes

    The question has not really been answered and I want to know if I need to get a paid account for this feature to work or is it something else that I am missing??

    I found the following but am not sure cause one of the other box users state they have a premium account and still have the issue

    I would have to fork out AUD$540
    Next Year!!
