I wasnt sure where to post this, so sorry if it's in the wrong place. Well, anyway my device will not work proporly. I have a plextor px- 716a. The device Manager says its working correctly, But it still wont work. It wont read any disc. DVD or CD. Everytime i try to explore a disc it thinks for a whil and they give me a " E:/ is not accessable. The request could not be performed because of a I/O device error." what is wrong? what should I do?
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have updataed the driver. I have checked the wires. And i am still having the problem
