PLZ Help me

    I am a new to the forums but not new to xbox I have my box modded with the X3 chip, 250GB HD, Evox as my dash ,XBMC,and DVD2XBOX. My Question is I want to run linux on my xbox I was doing a google search and found this: www.xbox-linux.org/wiki/Getting_Started
    and it said it's not compatible with HD bigger than 137 GB so would it somehow mess up the HD or any of my games on it if I run it ?
