yeh i tryed some methods before i asked on after dawn, i clean unistalled it and reinstaled, i was surpiresed as i had no luck.
zone alarm settings are automaticly configured, after an unistall it goes back ot the settings it was at.
ill try some more methods and see if i have any luck,if it goes to far a system restore should do the trick.

its just anyoying as i dont know whats wrong with it, the only thing ive done is i reinstalled mozzila firefox witch has also been acting weird taking up 47,000 k from just being on afterdawn(i warn you dont download mozzila firefox optimerzers from anywere except mozzila).

so what could be causing this problem with zone alarm pro?

thanks for the replies but its sorted now, removed it in comand prompt and reinstalled it after running a registry mechanic scan.
