    He may not but by sending the PM to members I think he is abusing his privilage. Just trying a way around legality.

    Any way he got canned and that is what needed to happen.

    Just in case anyone else wants to try it, they know what will happen to them.

    maybe he/she tried it the normal way & got banned for it so did it this way so can't be attacked by all of us anti-spammers!!!
