Yea, that seems pretty fair to me. I mean, the guy had total disregard with what he was doing. I can understand why some people get shot half the time. It's either because there was some sort of argument and tensions were flaring OR some people just got it coming to them, but this obviously wasn't the case. The guy just shot him because he felt like it. HANG EM!!
