Had to do some skillful maneuvering on this movie. LOL. For some reason there was a CRC error in it and DVD Decrypter wouldn't do it's thing. It would go to 99% then quit. So I chose not to erase the file and ran VOBlanker to take out the bad "section" and it worked like a champ. Yeah!! Here's the results burned with Nero Express on the Pioneer. This Pioneer is really starting to like these MCC 004's. That's good cause I got plenty of them. hehehe. :)

Another decent scan for the thread....the PIE's aren't that impressive but the PIF's have been low on all these MCC 004s recorded with the Pioneer. Yep the Pioneer cincy. ;) Gonna do one on a TY in a sec and see what I get. :)
BTW the Jitter test on these have been great!! Low spike and beautiful average. GOOD media for you people that are wondering. :)

    edit:
To add for binkie7 and her affinity for DVD-R format. lol.
NOT a bad burn but the PIF's could be different. Mwuahahahaha!!
And as you can see recorded with the Pioneer on a TYG02. ;)

    hey now gm :)
    I gave equal opportunity to my last 2 scans - 1 +R and 1 -R :p
But yeah I tend to burn more of the -R's - reason cheapness :)
-R TY printables are so much cheaper then when sms has those great sales on the non printable TY -R's - what the hell.

I also got in on this sale. Hoping for good things on my LH-20A1H. It didn't seem to like the 8x TYs I had.

Has anyone shed any light on why the Lite-On LH-18 and LH-20 series have had problems with the 8X media. You would think that the code writers and f/w people would accommodate for this and make some decent f/w for such awesome media. :) I'm one of the lucky ones tho, my LH-18A1P does very well with the 8X media. :)

Should have a Metallica disc ready in an hour or 2. :) Post it tomorrow. ;)
