Sorry about all the questions but this is just the last thing i need to buy untill this pc will be up and running, I have the following:

    AMD-3700-PRO
    MSI K8N NEO4 PLATINUM S-939 NFORCE 4-MOBO
    OCZ PC03200 1 GIG-RAM
    WESTERN DIGITAL 200 GIG- HD
    ATI X850 XT-GFX CARD

My question is what kind of power supply do i need for this set up. I was looking at a 450 WATT case and power supply (Antec Sonata II - Mid tower - ATX - black - power supply 450 Watt) but when i told my friend he said that for my system i need more like 480-500 WATTS if i want to over clock it, what do you think? does ultra make good Power supplies? I need a power supplly that comes with 24 pin wire right?

Since you're just running 1 videocard, (no SLI), 1 hard drive, and 1 or 2 sticks of ram, the 450 watt antec should be plenty as its a quality power supply. The AMD processors use less power than Pentium 4's and don't need a big voltage bump to overclock (although I doubt you'll need to or really notice a serious difference with that 3700 San Diego). You've got yourself a simple, well thought-out system that should absolutely FLY!!

BTW, Ultra power supplies may look good, but your money is better spent elsewhere. Their voltage rails have a tendency to fluctuate under heavy load.
