It wins customer choice due to number of sales, not how good it is. Loads of people buy it because it's cheap, not because it's good. The Samsung is the better monitor.
The SupremeFX is probably fine, but I've not owned one, so I can't say for sure. You can have multiple sound cards if you like.
Thermal paste lasts years, though it's probably a good idea to change it every year or so.

That's one of the cheapest Samsungs one that size, I chose it for that reason. The other one is the same, basically, but a different design (appearance), the insides are the same.

My monitor is 11ms, and it doesn't make any difference, refresh rates that low are meaningless, and can sometimes even be indicative of worse picture quality. Do you really think I would have told you they were the same if there was a noticeable difference?
Please think for yourself once in a while, a little googling wouldn't do you harm either.

i've just realised, the panels in those monitors are identical. They both have 5ms black to white (BTW) and 2ms Grey to Grey (GTG) timing, so basically buy whichever one you like the look of most :)

To your other post, not on a 22" monitor they don't, only really makes a difference for 24" and 30".

    On a 22" it's about 70 vs 68. On a 24" it's about 56 vs 53, on a 30" it's about 45 vs 30.

I've no idea what a 'hard difference' is, that's not a real expression... :S
But basically, I'm saying it makes no difference, certainly not one you'd notice.
I've just given you the numbers, they're approximate

Good luck with that, I wasn't able to get a job until I was 17. my parents paid for all my PC stuff up until that point (and no, that wasn't a case of what I asked for I got, far from it)

A Keyboard/mouse can't slow down a computer. Buy whichever you like, it doesn't bother me.
What I meant by my earlier statement is that I didn't have it really easy, like if I asked for something, my parents would simply give it to me. I had to ask kindly and hope I'd get something nice. When you're young, you simply can't have an awesome PC all the time unless you're from a rich background, so get to used to having to cut your budget back.
