    Anyone help a newbie?

I have downloaded a film which which consists of PowerISO, cue and nfo files.
I have used PowerISO prog which has extracted to EXT, MPEGAV, SEGMENT and VCD folders.
How do I create a DVD from these files?
    I use NERO for burning.

what you need to do is you need to convert the mpeg file in to a vob file so you can burn to dvd, one of the best converters and easy to use is vso convertxtodvd, you have to extract the mpeg from MPEGAV, it will be a dat file and what you should do before you burn to dvd is to make sure that the file is good like audio is in sync no pixilated frames stuff like that, you can view the dat file wilth vlc player or media player clasic player, but make sure that you have the latest codecs installed on your system,
