Some retailers are advertising a preban edition of dvd xpress. Is there a difference between the preban and other versions currently being sold?

I don't know anything about the store you mentioned. I'm trying to tell you that you won't be able to use it if you buy it. It won't work until it's activated online at the company's website. Problem is the company is out of business so there's no way to activate the software. That store should be ashamed of itself for selling it. There are plenty of better apps out there anyway. DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter are both free and CloneDVD2/AnyDVD are a knockout combo that are dead simple to use.
i have 321xcopy platinum, which i bought when first released, obviously cant activate it now, does anyone know of a patch that can activate it????
I built a new computer and installed my old copy of DVDXPESS. When it came to the activation screen I entered my info and it did activate online!!
