I had a perfectly working OEM version of NERO running on my Thinkpad. I was told there are updates to it, which I downloaded and tried to install. It keeps telling me that a previous installation is in progress, which I should finish before I can install the updates. I cannot find the previous installation to tell it to finish, and thus cannot install the updates. Worse-- now, the NERO program that worked on my desktop before has disappeared, and seems nowhere on my computer. This is the DUMBEST intallation procedure I have ever encountered, and Nero's technical support is impossible. Can anyone help? Thanks,
