Problem backing up Love Actually DVD

    Hello all,

    I tried backing up the DVD Love Actually using DVDShrink, DVDFab and DVDFab Decrypter and I got an error message.

    1. In DVDShrink I got the message: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

    2. In DVD Fab I got the message: Get DVD Information Fail (1000)

    3. In DVDFab Decrypter I got the message: Get DVD Information Fail (4096)

    Can someone shed some light into my problem? Thanks for the help.

    DO YOU HAVE ANYDVD OR DVD4FREE OR SOMETHING SIMILAR WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND IF YOU DO ..SHUT THEM OFF THEN TRY AGAIN...GOOD LUCK!!

    No I do not have either of those programs installed on my PC. Any other suggestions?
