Everytime I try 2 install this soft, it'll appear this error message. What can I do now? I've install this soft be4 and it worked well with WinXP SP2, and now I've the same system but it won't allow me to install it. Any idea?
OK, if you're referring to the following error: "Error number: 0x80040707 Description: DLL function call crashed: PbkInstall._GetBookNames Instead, when the Error message pops up, 1) Hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up task manager. 2) End Task on the Application (This will prevent the setup routine from uninstalling the app and removing the registry settings). 3) Now install the 2.16 update, start Mobile Phone Tools and follow the instructions to install your phone. Once everything is installed, goto Setup and do the Live update to get the latest version.
