Problem re-booting chipped xbox. (DASHBOARD ERROR)

My Xbox is chipped and has EvoX software on it, but I recently had a problem with it, I'm not sure what happened, but somehow files are missing from the HDD, and when switched on just comes up with a black screen saying "Error code 13 Dashboard couldn't load"
Anyone know how to sort it? I can't get it to read any of my discs, I don't know if it will read original discs, as I have none.

 

throw in slayers and see if it will boot that. if not, hotswap.

 

I've tried the boot disc that my mate gave me when I got the Xbox of him and it wont read that. . .
I've been told it sounds like it's somehow been formatted and none of the software is on it, and I should be able to fix it by connecting the HDD to a pc, but I ain't got a clue if or how that would work.

 

If it's chipped then it WILL boot Slayers. If it doesn't your modchip is damaged! Get a new clean Slayers and burn yourself!
