Ok, I have used VirtualDub to join 3 avi files which worked fine except that when I try to save the files, in order to convert to DVD later in TMPGEnc, It comes up with an error message stating The file is too big to save in a FAT 32 file. I've tried several different files in different areas on my computer. I am new at this. Am I doing it wrong?

One of the limitations of the Fat32 filesystem is a max filesize of 4Gb~. Try saving the file to an NTFS partition if you have 2000/XP.
