Problem starting game demo

    I just downloaded a newer game demo. And an error message came up that i needed direct x 8.1 or higher and to make sure that i meet the video card requirements. I downloaded direct x 9.0 after that message and i checked the game specs and it said the games needs a 32 mb video card and i have 64 mb video card. What could be the reason for this and how could i solve the problem?

    1. What game demo?!
    2. Make sure also your video card supports DirectX8?

    The game demo is the new command and conquer. I am not sure if it is compatible with directX i would think it is. The specs say it is a 64MB AGP VIDEO.

    That's a start....however i need to know the specific GPU used to be able to help anymore on that. EA has erred greatly with its min. specs for games...
