Problem with Aspect Ratio when covert from DivX to VCD format using TMPGEnc

    I have a problem with keeping the aspect ratio of a 16:9 DivX movie when converting to VCD format using TMPGEnc....
    If this is posted somewhere else please just provide a link....

    Click setting - advanced tab. Then change video arrange method to "Full Screen (Keep Aspect Ratio)"
