Problem with connection ?????

    Tried to connect a Euro Vox 2008 for a friend but all I received on screen was a display stating on signal found, and then a display stating searching for signal.This is not the first one I installed for a friend, but it is the first time that I received this problem.
    He has a CHxxxx connection with a AC to DC transformer connected to the cable would this have anything to do with the signal ???
    Tried this box in my own home and it worked fine.

    It wont work on Ch**us MMDS thats what he has, try another t type box like the Eurovox TX.

    Is the Euro Vox TX hard to install compared to the Euro Vox V.
    And how reliable are these units.

    The TX is fine although sometimes you have to force it to flash others it works fine. The Box T I have heard is much easier to flash/install. Reliable enough as in they do the job their supposed to.
