Problem with Eurovox2008 in Galway Region

Hey, great site,learnt loads and have nearly got my Eurovox fully operational. I bought the Eurovox 2008 yesterday and put KURO 15_10 i think on it. I done a powerscan but to no avail. So i inputted the freq. manually and now I have most of the channels. Just 1 or 2 questions?
1)I cant get Setanta or the discovery channels?!!!
2)The Irish channels, i.e. RTE1, RTE2, TV3, TG4 are a bit sketchy and the audio cuts out every so often.

You help would be much appreciated
