problem with iso file

    i know this my been in the wrong forum topper but i'll ask anyway im trying to burn a iso file of something not a game but a program and that's how i downloaded it as a iso file but img burn won't do it i really don't even need to burn just i need to be able to start the program at least so where do i begin ?thanks
