Problem with Itunes

for some reason every time i try to open itunes now i get an error message:iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It always tells me that: the following files will be included in this report. even though it lists a file, its been different every time i check the error report. heres an example:
C:\DOCUME~1\Bratt\LOCALS~1\Temp\7ce6_appcompat.txt

Does anyone have an idea with why my pc wont allow me to open Itunes. Maybe its a compatibility problem? any suggestions are well appreciated, thanks

but i have done wot dvdback23 has told me to do but still it doesnt work
can anyone tell me wot to do in detail plzzzz

do i delete everything that has to do with itunes beacause there are loads of things in a list with i tunes

 

I would delete itune and reinstall it. It workrd for me. Try and run ccleaner before install
