Once I set up with program and its installed it asks to select USB, infered, or blue-tooth. Obviously i select USB because I dont have the other two. It takes a while to connect but when its SUPPOSEDLY done a phone template comes up. this phone templet is not the razr its a another type of phone. So what im askin is after i install the newest verion of moblie phone tools what do i do to get started with my razr phone? Thanks
Ok now the templete is being show but at the top of my phone picture on the computer it says. Transmission Dissabled, Reception Dissabled. WHat do i do?
