I'm having a bit of a strange problem with my mouse at present. OK, until yesterday my mouse worked fine, but all of a sudden it stopped working properly. It's kind of hard to explain. When I start my computer it will work fine for a little while, but then suddenly it won't move up or down (it can still move left and right). I can use the mouse from my other computer fine, but if I restart the mouse doesn't work at all, and I have to restart with the original mouse plugged in for it to work at all. It's a strange problem, but can anyone help me in regards to either- a) Fixing my original mouse so it will work properly all the time. b) Fixing the mouse from my other computer so it will work after I restart Thanks
Does the problem mouse work fine with another PC? If not it sounds like it needs replacing. Mice can and do go wrong, unfortunately.
