problem with my phone tools for v3

    Everytime I try putting mp3 music on my razr it says "requested denied by phone(Requested entity too large(0x4D). I dont know what happened to my phone.I can put videos and pics but not mp3.It used to take mp3s not no more.

    Thanks but that is not the problem. I have a lot of space. I can put videos but not mp3s.
