Problem with sound on TV

    My parents TV only has sound when they play a DVD but no sound when they choose to watch television..I can't figure it out..thank you in advance fellas..it's a samsung flatscreen, that is the only info I know at this time.

    is either an onscreen configuration problem or cables not hooked up right.

    yes he right something is loose probley the scart socket
