problem with starview box

    OK ive decided im gonna flash my starveiw i cant take this no more ... can someone tell me which bin file to download for a 1st gen starveiw ? which as 13 x7 vents on top of it ? Thank you lots !

    Flashed me box switched off and on again now aint got no power ? dont tell me ive blown it already ??AAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH&*$£%$£^^^ !!!

    I Flashed my starview 1st gen 13 x 7 with version 4 all went well until switched off and on again only to find im not getting any power on the box changed fuses everything but nowt !! PLZ HELP !

    eastbound you should wait for new code youll now will have to get your boxs solded

    New codes wouldn't go into my box so I bit the bullet and flashed it. Have been wanting to do it for months but frightened I would mess it up. Worked a treat. Have now got channels that I couldn't get up before. Fingers crossed it now autorolls the codes. Thanks to all on here who make it easy to understand!!

    i had version 2:57 on before. I have original genuine starview.

    Still cant get starview working with scousers codes for ex c and w northwest ,can anyone suggest anything thanx

    They have been updated since http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/531363 have you tried inputting codes for all providers, i.e. N**, Telepest and exC&*.

    No problem, I have only been in and out lately, it is Xmas and you know what women are like :) Although I am speaking of their shopping habits and do not want to seem any way sexist :)
