problem with tuxbox commander

hello
i have a problem with tuxbox commander
the codes changed again this morning and while everything is a ok with that i have another problem,i was told to reset to factory setting because the channels werent encrypting, i didnt realise it was the codes changed again, anyhow ever since then when i try and open tuxbox commander i just get these scrambled boxes and the tv in the background like its all stuck together, also the EPG is showing things a hour behind and the tv seems to have a black border around it

anybody know whats wrong with it?
