I cannot seem to get my mp3 player seen by the computer. It is one that looks like a big memory stick. TGE is the brand. If I look in the device manager it is seen in there (with yellow exclamation point) but it doesn't come up under "my computer" when i click on it as removable media. (I have a Dell Dimension 8250) My mouse and keyboard seem to work fine and they are plugged into USB ports. Am I missing some sort of driver? The player did not come with one and I can't seem to find anything on the net stating that I need one. Maybe I need an updated one for my computer? Please help I have been trying to figure this out for some time and have not been able to figure it out.

if mouse & keyboard are not usb than uninstall all the usb stuff under universal serial bus controllers & restart windows.
my mouse and keyboard are wireless, but the unit that they work through is hooked up to the USB ports. Any other suggestions?
do you have or can get a ps2 mouse so can uninstall all usbs in the device manager & restart windows so can reload it's own usb drivers?
