Problems after flash on starview box super

I flashed my starview box super 3 with firmware api version 8.04e-E.
I recieved all channles perfectly before th flash but kept having ti change the keys.
Now I do not get channel 5 and when I do a channel scan it says TP 1 fails. The rest go ok but that one fails. It also says channel 5 has no signal but I watched that channel fine this morning?
I can still all the s*y channels.
Just cant watch channel 5. Also it says ITV2 is scrambled?

Any help would be much appreicated.

 

this happened with my s/view 2 did a factory reset and all came back

 

tried that and did not work

 

try manual scan
frequency for five is 594750 khz
frequency for itv 2 is 426750 khz
these are for n/west england not sure if same all over

 

will try that. Why when i scan for channels is TP 1 failing? It fails every time
