I am using I COPY DVDS2 and DVD43. It reads the whole movie then copies it 100% but when i play it back it only plays the first few seconds of the chapter then skips to next chapter plays a few seconds and skips again, it does this all the way to the last chapter then ends the movie. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Sounds like a media and/or burn speed problem. What kind of discs are you using? What speed are you burning at?

DVD'S ARE MEMOREX, AND I BELIEVE THE SPEED IS AT 8X.

Try better media. If not, burn at 4x or slower. Check out the dvd R media forum for more info.

Make sure not to use caps lock in AfterDawn forums.

    Good luck.

I will try a slower speed and see how it works out. Thanks and sorry for the all caps.

Like I suggested though, look into getting better media. Check out the DVD R media forum.

This is a great place for info on all kinds of media. Memorex discs are not reliable.

I had the same problem. Solved it by using dvd shrink (reauthoring DVD).Then burned using clonedvd2. I would assume any program that burns the iso created with shrink would work. Good luck burning!
