I dont know what i am doing wrong. Running Windows XP pro SP2. Tried loading drivers first then installing MPT 3.23 MPT didnt recognize modem and wont ever initialize it. Then I read somewhere that you just need to let MPT load the drivers so I uninstalled everything, did a system restore and tried installing MPT first then plugged in phone. Drivers loaded, (see's phone as Motorola Phone Modem) but MPT still wont recognize or initialize phone. I tried choosing phone from a list and I chose V3 so I get the right phone graphic down in the right hand corner but it never initializes. I just want to get my pictures off this phone and MAYBE upload some ringtones. Please help!!!
tried someone elses trick to set phone as a V600 and with this at least it initializes and I can click some of the menus but it times out and disconnects, also if I have my phone open, it shows a bunch of black frames around a blue background and the bottom has clouds that sometimes move. By the way my phone is the Black Razr I think the V3c Thanks for any help!!!!
