I've used DVD2Onex to create the movie-only files for Finding Nemo then used Toast to burn them on a DVD-R disc. The only problem is that it won't play on my DVD player. It plays on the Mac, but not automatically (I have to open the VIDEO_TS files). I have also followed someone elses directions of creating a new file that is named the exact name of the DVD, putting the VIDEO_TS files into it, and then creating an empty AUDIO_TS file. This still didn't solve the problem. Am I supposed to add any special files before burning? Are there any settings in toast that need to be set? Please let me know if you have any advice.

What brand of disc are you burning onto? What model DVD player are you playing on?
If it plays on the Mac but not your player its possible that it doesn't like the disc. Go to this site to what media works best with your player.
