I have som problems with streaming of dvd-images form my computer through my Xbox. I choose the "meny-file" for the dvd, then after some minutes theres lots of lag (i do have wired network).
Normal smaller .avi and .mpeg files I can play with no problem. Anything I can do about this?

XBMP is no longer suppoorted nor used by 99.994% of Xbox users worldwide, upgrade to XBMC 2.0!

Obs, i meant XBMC!! Sorry, my fault. But is XMBC supposed to play with no problems? Hve tried to increase the cache for dvd's and movies to max, but I don't notice any differences.

XBMC should have no problems playing VOB (video-TS) files
I have done it a number of times. Although i have wireless so i do not store them on the Xbox, they are on my PC and i just stream them to the Xbox using XBMC wirelessly.
But they play just fine. With a wired system it should even be faster than my wireless.
Are you playing the correct movie file to start the movie?
There are a lot of files in a video TS folder and not all of them
are to start the mivie, or even the movie itself.
