Hey, Got a problem .. With every VCD/SVCD I have watched on my dvdplayer. Towards the end of the CD "30-40min in" it starts pixalizing, distortion, skipping around those bad sections, lagging, in some cases Stopping all together. Freezing it period... I have tried playing previously viewed vcd/svcdz and they work perfect, so I am sure its not the dvdplayer itself. Would anyone else know why this is occuring. I have tried playing these movies on my b0x.They play thru fine. Note : DVDplayer Apex AD 1500 CDR's : Verbatim "never used these before..this is my second thought of souce of problem" .. Thanks
run your vcd discs thru Nero CD Speed -> Scandisk -> surface scan you may find surface errors at the end of your cd-r's. if so try a different brand of cd-r (Taiyo Yuden??, Emtec, Imation) also try burning at lower speeds (<=8x or <%50 of drive max on newest cd-r's)
