problems with a new 'The Box'

appreciate some help hear fellas, I have bought 'The Box' but am having problems loading channels. I have flashed with hardware v4 but the channels stop loading at channel two, screen just freezes!! plus i carnt access the secret menu to check EMU, I have tries codes 2004 and 1570! any ideas??

 

Are you sure you flashed it with V4 for "The Box" and not v4 for the "Starv**w" ?

 

didnt realise there was a difference!

any ideas were I can find the V4 update for The Box

 

If you go to Eamo's Library link in my signature , you can get it there Lets know if that works

go to main menu system information what does it say if it says 4.00 then go back to the main menu and press 1570 you should get to the cas menu

channels have 320 channels come through but pay per view are scrambled

 

ok go to main menu and press 1570 or go to the main menu,parental control,info and then 2004.

 

no joy, I have tried info 2004 and info 1570

 

are you sure you are doing this right.when your on your channel list press menu,this brings you to the main menu,then press 1 5 7 0 on your remote this will bring up the cas menu at the bottom of the menu is emu change it to on.then exit to a scrambled channel and wait for it to update.

 

decides to work know!! after 3 hrs

didnt do anythin different, which makes it worse
