problems with dvd color

    i just got myself a brand new LG dvd burner and DL-ed Batman Begins. i found out how to convert and burn this dvd but when i play the dvd on a dvd player, the color is just black and white. the program i am using for converting is winAVI and i am using NERO for buring.

    Maybe you down-loaded a PAL DVD and you are NTSC?

    yep that's probably it. Some reauthoring programs will let you force NTSC or PAL. Divx2DVD does, it's free and does a great job and is real straight forward to use.
