i recently bought a usb to ide cable and i pluged it all in and it came up installing drivers auto. now it says sucessfuly installed. but my hard drive doesnt appear on the map in my computer. the reason for this extrenal hard drive is my old pc died, and i want my stuff off or to be able to use it to hold videos music etc. so it would be wonderful if someone can tell me why it doesnt come up on my computer. i checked the add hardware and it appears there
